That is why our company has started to develop technologies for the production of Armenian semi-hard cheeses.
Since 2010, the production of ”Lalvar” semi-hard cheese has been developed and introduced by the specialists of
”Alashkert Group” LLC.
”Lalvar” was registered as a trademark by the Intellectual Property Agency of Armenia in 2012. It is considered as
the intellectual property of ”Alashkert Group” LLC.
The characteristic features of Lalvar cheese are its low salt content, elastic cheese mass, unique smell and taste,
thanks to which the cheese has become a popular cheese among the consumers both inner and foreign markets.
